Why groups book one big vehicle
Booking two or three cars for one group sounds simple until the cars arrive at different times, take different routes, and half the group waits outside the venue for the other half. One people carrier means one pick-up, one driver and one arrival. It is usually cheaper than several separate cars, and much easier to organise.
Group airport transfers
Group holidays, sports tours and work trips often fly from Heathrow, which is only around half an hour from Kingston. For the longer trip across London to London City Airport, a single vehicle saves a lot of hassle at the other end. Give us the flight details and the number of bags, and we will suggest a pick-up time that leaves room for group check-in, which often takes longer than people expect.
Weddings, parties and nights out
A 7 seater is popular for wedding guests getting from a hotel to the ceremony and on to the reception, for birthday dinners, and for stag and hen groups heading into central London. Racing fans use it for meetings at Sandown Park in Esher and Epsom Downs, and sports fans for Twickenham Stadium and the Championships in Wimbledon. On busy event days, book well ahead, because large vehicles are the first to be reserved.
Return journeys
For events, book the return at the same time as the outward trip. Tell us roughly when you expect to finish, and we will agree a meeting point that is easy to find in the crowds. If the event runs late, call the office and we will update the driver.

Is it a 7 seater or an 8 seater?
Our largest people carriers seat seven or eight passengers depending on the seating layout. If you need all eight seats, say so when you book so that we send a vehicle set up for eight.
How much luggage can a group of seven bring?
With seven or eight passengers, allow for around four large suitcases and four small bags. For a group with more luggage, we can send a second car for the bags or suggest splitting the group.
Can you take a group of more than eight?
Yes, by sending more than one vehicle. We time them to leave and arrive together, so the group stays on the same schedule.
Can we stop on the way, for example to collect another passenger?
Yes. Add the extra pick-up when you book, so it is included in the price. Unplanned stops on the day may change the fare.
