Areas north of the river
Across Kingston Bridge are Hampton Wick and Teddington, with Ham a little further north towards Richmond. These areas are closest to Heathrow, and they are handy for Bushy Park, Hampton Court and Twickenham.
Areas south and east of Kingston
South of the town centre are Surbiton, Tolworth and Chessington, with good access to the A3 and the A243 for Gatwick. To the east, Norbiton, New Malden, Worcester Park and Wimbledon lead towards central London.
Surrey villages
Over the county border, Thames Ditton and Esher are in the Surrey borough of Elmbridge. They are just a few minutes from Kingston, and we pick up there every day.
What to include when you book
Wherever you are in our area, a few details help the driver find you quickly. Give the full address and postcode, the name or number of your building if you live in a block of flats, and any gate code. If your road has a common name, such as a Park Road or a Church Road, the postcode is especially important, because several of our areas have streets with the same name. If you are being picked up from a shop, a station or a venue, tell us which entrance or which side of the road you will be waiting on.
Further afield
We regularly take pre-booked journeys from places close to our main areas, such as Richmond, Twickenham, Raynes Park, Epsom and Sutton. Wherever you start, we can take you to any of the London airports, the central London stations and destinations across the South East.
Questions about our areas
Do you only pick up in Kingston upon Thames?
No. Our base is in Kingston, and most pick-ups are in the borough and the towns around it, but we take pre-booked journeys from further away too. Enter your address in the booking form to check.
Is the fare higher if I live further from Kingston?
The fare depends on the journey from your pick-up point to your destination. The booking form shows the full price before you confirm.
Can you take me between two places outside Kingston?
Often, yes, especially for pre-booked airport and station runs. Call the office or use the booking form to check.
My area is not listed. Can I still book?
Yes. The list shows the places we serve most often. Try your address in the booking form, or call us on 020 8546 7000.
