School run taxi
Regular morning and afternoon runs to schools in and around Kingston, booked by the term or the week. We try to keep the same driver on the same route, so children see a familiar face at the kerb.
Kingston Cars runs Kingston taxis and minicabs from our base on Clarence Street, KT1. We handle local trips around Kingston upon Thames, school runs, and pre-booked transfers to every London airport and the main rail termini.

There is no app to download and no account to set up. You can book in a couple of minutes online, or speak to someone in our office.
Enter your pick-up, drop-off, date and time in the booking form, or call 020 8546 7000. Add flight numbers, train times or anything the driver should know.
You see the fare before you confirm. The price is fixed at the time of booking, so heavy traffic on the A3 or a slow queue at the terminal does not change what you pay.
Your driver arrives at the agreed time and place. For airport pick-ups you can ask for meet and greet, where the driver waits in arrivals with a name board.
Most of our work is everyday travel: getting children to school, getting people to a flight, getting a group to a wedding. These are the services people ask us for most.

Trips to the vet, the groomer or kennels with your dog or cat on board.
Between Kingston hotels, the airports and central London, timed around check-in.
Room for six people and their bags without splitting into two cars.
For larger groups heading to the airport, a match or a family event.
Choosing the right vehicle at the booking stage saves a lot of stress at the kerb. Here is roughly what each car type takes.

The everyday car for local runs, station drops and solo or couple airport trips.

A larger, quieter saloon for business travel, client pick-ups and special occasions.
Two families sharing a ride, or four adults who need proper luggage space.

Group airport runs, wedding guests and team travel in one vehicle.
More about our 7 seater taxiVehicle photos show the type of car, not a specific vehicle. Luggage figures are typical and depend on case size, so tell us what you are carrying when you book and we will send the right car.
Heathrow is the closest airport to Kingston and the trip we run most often. Gatwick is a straightforward motorway run, while Stansted, Luton and London City take longer and need more buffer time before your flight.

|---|---|---|---|
| Heathrow | 25–35 min | about 10 miles | Through Hampton and Feltham on the A312 and A30 |
| Gatwick | 45–55 min | about 25 miles | A3 or A243 to the M25, then the M23 |
| London City | 65–85 min | about 22 miles | A3 and the South Circular, then the Blackwall Tunnel |
| Luton | 60–80 min | about 45–50 miles | M25 north to the M1 |
| Stansted | 80–100 min | about 65–70 miles | M25 to the M11 |
Travelling by train instead? We also run to King's Cross, Euston, Paddington, Victoria, Waterloo, Charing Cross and London Bridge.
We are a local firm, not a national app. That means a real office, a phone that gets answered, and drivers who know the one-way system around the Bentall Centre.
Our base is in the town centre, KT1 1QT. When you call, you speak to people who know Kingston, not a call centre.
The fare is fixed when you book. Roadworks on Kingston Bridge or a jam on the M25 do not change it.
For airport collections, ask for meet and greet and your driver will wait in the arrivals hall with your name.
We accept major credit and debit cards, so you do not need to find a cash machine before a 5am airport run.
Early flights and late trains are normal for us. You can book a car for any hour of the day or night.
We pick up across the Royal Borough and the towns just over the borders. Each area page has local pick-up points, routes and typical journey times.

Yes. The booking form shows a fare once you enter your journey. The price is agreed before you travel, so you know what you will pay before the car arrives.
No. Most of our trips start or end in Kingston and the nearby towns, but we also run to all five London airports, the central London rail termini and longer journeys across the South East.
For one or two people with a case each, a saloon is fine. For a family with several large cases, choose an estate or a 6 seater. Groups of seven or eight should book a 7 to 8 seater so everyone travels together.
We are a Cab Facilitator, connecting the passengers with the licenced Minicab and Taxi service providers in the UK, with best interests of both parties.
